Apple sueing??

Guess what?? Apple is sueing HTC. Yes, and the reason for that is because Apple alleged that the Taiwanese company is infringing 20 apple patents that relates to the user interface, and hardware of the iPhone.

Finally, Apple is standing up and making a stand, because there are sooo many iPhone models that claims to be a 100% to 80% clone of the Apple iPhone. Surprisingly, the clone do function like the real iPhone, and that surprise me because Apple is a big company, but theirs so many other company out that using the iPhone invention, and Apple isn't doing anything about it. The lawsuit was filed concurrently with the U.S. International Trade commission

Question is will HTC be sue for so much that the company would go out of business?
or will Apple take over the HTC company, and become even richer?
